Retrieve KIP Track Data

KIP Track data can be utilized in several different ways:

• Quick reports for Printing or Scanning can be created by KIP Print.

• Reports include: Copy, Network printing, and Scan volumes.

• Raw data can easily be downloaded and used within any spreadsheet software.

• Use KIP Cost Review Application (or Cost Calculator)

Using KIP Print:

• Under ‘Manager – Print Reports’ the noted screen

appears

• Set a Date Range

• Obtain Printing Report

• Obtain Scanning Report

• Obtain Meter Reading report.

• Send report to a Windows

Printer or Notepad

• Obtain the raw data and

manipulate it in a spreadsheet.
